“ We normally try to avoid chains but decided to give Newk's a try, since it was nearby and we were in a sandwich mood. I'm glad we did because it was a great experience. The restaurant manager personally greeted us when we walked in and helped us with their new ordering kiosk. The employee that brought our food out was very friendly and made the kids laugh. The food definitely hit the spot and was reasonably priced. ”
“ First time at Newk’s Eatery and I am not disappointed. We came in, the line moved extremely fast and we were greeted by a friendly gentleman. Great customer service, and extremely friendly. I observed the room, and I can tell the employees in this establishment actually enjoy interacting with their customers and love it. A for customer service. And they keep it extremely clean! Now to the food, my husband had the chicken pesto and loaded potato soup. 10/10 and in his words “two thumbs up”. I had the roast beef sandwich with a side of tomato basil soup. Again, 10/10. We were looking for a Jason’s deli and just so happened to stumble across this gem. The manager even came and checked on us. Overall experience as a first time was AMAZING. We will be returning. One more thing to add: the portions and prices were very nice and extremely reasonable. (Very nice portions). Newk’s Eatery in Gambrills has definitely found two returning customers. ”

“ Visited for the first time today with my mom and we both got salads, I got the pesto pasta chicken ceasar salad. Let me just say, I was BLOWN AWAY!! The salad was amazing and very fairly priced. You are given the choice to have the dressing on the side or tossed. The staff is incredibly friendly and they bring your food to you! There are a few little details of the store that I noticed & appreciated. The door to the outdoor seating area automatically opens which was super convenient as I had my hands full carrying our drinks. There is also a sink in between the bathrooms so you don’t have to wait on someone if you just want to wash your hands before eating. 10/10 experience and I will be returning! Edit: Back for a second time: Still just as pleased! The staff were so kind and efficient, and clearly care about good service. The lobster buque and Italian sandwich I got was just divine; My mother loved what she got as well. Not to mention, the restaurant vibe in general is clean and cozy. Bravo! ”
